We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that violate these Terms or that we deem inappropriate for the Site.
Featured listing fees are charged on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Featured listings are non-refundable once the listing has been published and is live on the Site. If your listing is rejected before publication, you will receive a full refund. For billing disputes or questions, contact us at hello@toolsignal.co.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to ToolSignal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent. Tool names, logos, and descriptions submitted by third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and tools. These links are provided for informational purposes only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any linked sites.
